This project seeks to implement a prototype system to monitor and control the health variables of the inhabitants of the district of San Juan de Lurigancho (SJL). The prototype of the system will be moved throughout the entire district area to facilitate the collection of health variables, thus preventing health posts and centers from becoming sources of contagion where the virus COVID-19 can spread. In addition, the system will collect health variables such as blood pressure, abdominal waist, weight, and height through sensors, which seek to minimize interaction between people, and thus avoid increasing the spread of COVID-19 in the population. The sensors will be connected to a Raspberry microcomputer that will be in charge of sending the data to a cloud computing provider, in which the analysis, processing and presentation of the data will be carried out as useful information for the senior members of the organization district health and other stakeholders. In the first chapter the introductory aspects of the prototype system are developed. The second chapter shows the content of the theoretical framework required for the project. The third chapter contains the analysis of the problem. The fourth chapter describes the design of the solution that is part of the system. Chapter five shows the tests, results and validations carried out during the testing stage of the prototype system to validate its effectiveness.
