Different aspects were taken into account such as the problems within the country, the lack of adequate architectural spaces for this type of user, historical, social, regulatory and urban aspects. The user has specific characteristics according to their level of disability, it would be proper to start from the user’s needs and make the space suitable for it, achieving the educational process successfully. The analysis of the place where the project will be located was also carried out, having a national research approach, concluding that the largest population that presents this type of disability at school age is the department of Lima, with greater accuracy in the district of San Juan de Lurigancho. Finally, an investigation is made about the user, the requarements and characteristics, regulations of spaces, program and the final criteria to be able to carry out the architctural design.
