The organization faced significant challenges stemming from inefficient management of information related to heavy vehicles at the conclusion of their workdays. This project proposes a solution in the form of a specialized web application that streamlines data collection, enabling the analysis of wear and tear on vehicle parts. This innovative tool provides a detailed view of performance over time and identifies brands that demonstrate greater resistance, efficiency, and durability. To achieve this advancement, critical milestones were established, ranging from process evaluation and the generation of detailed reports to the design of a user-friendly web application architecture. The application's implementation was based on robust architectures and deployed in the cloud, allowing for efficient data collection. Furthermore, simulations and testing with UIPATH were used to validate the solution's effectiveness compared to the manual process. This project not only addresses specific challenges but also provides recommendations for future projects, with a focus on digitization, automation, and staff training. Long-term data management and process improvement are highlighted as essential for maintaining competitiveness in a constantly changing environment. The resulting web application enables a detailed analysis of heavy vehicle performance, offering a valuable solution for efficient data management in the sector.
