Optimización de la Gestión Logística y de Ventas del Acero Inoxidable en la Empresa BLESOLA IMPORT EXPORT SAC

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación analiza cómo optimizar la logística y las ventas de acero inoxidable en la empresa BLESOLA IMPORT EXPORT SAC. En primer lugar, se discute entre dos opciones que tiene la empresa y mediante el análisis de las diferentes herramientas de gestión, los procedimientos logísticos y las estrategias de ventas se decide entre una de ellas. A través del análisis minucioso de dichos elementos, se buscan oportunidades para mejorar y crear nuevas estrategias para el ingreso a mercados potenciales. El objetivo del estudio es brindar nuevas opciones para mantener la competitividad, mejorar la eficiencia y satisfacer las demandas cada vez más exigentes en el sector del acero inoxidable, un material vital en muchas industrias en el mercado peruano.

This research work analyzes how to optimize the logistics and sales of stainless steel at the company BLESOLA IMPORT EXPORT SAC. First, a discussion is held between two options the company has, and through various management tools, logistic procedures, and sales strategies, one of them is chosen. Through a analysis of these elements, opportunities are sought to improve and create new strategies for entering potential markets. The objective of the study is to provide new options to maintain competitiveness, improve efficiency, and meet the increasingly demanding requirements in the stainless-steel sector, a vital material in many industries in the Peruvian market.
