This work details the implementation of Lean Logistic Tools within a pharmaceutical distribution center with the purpose of increasing the level of service in the organization. As a first step, the organization's environment and the focus of the main problem will be specified. The use of analysis tools widely used in engineering, specifically problem tree, cause-effect diagram, graphic diagrams and the 5 whys will be used to identify the main problem that the company currently has. The structure of the main problem will define the implementation of Lean Logistics tools, in it the definition of improvement indicators, the valued stock of products for ABC classification under the support of the WMS, the implementation of 5S and maintenance management They will be the backbone of the work. The results of the implementation were the reduction of out-of-stock orders by 5%, the reduction of quality defects by 7%, the increase in global efficiency to 86%, all of which ultimately represented an increase in the level of 98% service within the organization's logistics system.
