The objective of the work was the implementation and development of a model for inventory management in the administration area of the company Distribuidora y Comercializadora ROCEL S.A.C in the period 2022; The application of the model allowed improvement in the implemented area. The importance of the development in the administration area was to identify the evidence that causes a low level of service, lost sales, and inadequate fuel supply. The inventory management model has been implemented during the 2022 period and entailed improvement measures, which is why tools such as forecasting from Holt Winters, Harris Wilson and Lean Warehouse with 5S were used to develop the inventory management model. The estimated results of the implementation of the proposal determine a positive impact on inventory management since the service level was improved from 90% to 97.32% and lost sales were reduced from 240,970.20 soles during the months of January - June 2022 at 55,254.64 soles during the months July – December 2022. The report is developed in 4 detailed chapters where in chapter 1 the introduction will be developed in which the background and theoretical framework of the project will be detailed. Next, in chapter 2 the diagnosis of the company's problem will be carried out. Then, in chapter 3, the engineering proposal that helped the company will be developed. Finally, in chapter 4 the result of the project will be described.
