Currently in Peru there is a need to close gender gaps and prioritize the search for equity between women and men at work. Therefore, different companies in the country have promoted internal strategies to bridge this gap and communicate the results as part of their corporate image and reputation plan. One of them is LIMA EXPRESA, which seeks to resolve the underrepresentation of women in non-traditional industries, such as construction and transportation, through its Cadena de Equidad program. This program was done to promote an inclusive and diverse work environment in the company and positively increase the perception of collaborators on equity issues. The objectives established for the implementation of the project include policy management with an equity focus, the creation of new spaces for training and dialogue, as well as the execution of an internal communication campaign. To carry out this program, a structured methodology was implemented that covered different steps. Firstly, an investigation was carried out on the actions previously carried out in LIMA EXPRESA and their impact. Subsequently, an analysis of the equity practices adopted by different companies was carried out, which facilitated the development of specific strategies. This applied methodology contributed significantly to the company, since both internal and external information was collected, which allowed the creation of a program with solid foundations. Subsequently, an information gathering was carried out with all stakeholders, which resulted in recognition by the Municipality of Lima, as a company winner of the “Lima Inclusiva” award. Finally, it was achieved that 79.93% of LIMA EXPRESA employees consider it as an inclusive company
