The present Professional Sufficiency Work (PSW) aims to analyze the perspectives of various authors regarding the impact of the implementation of Good Corporate Governance in publicly traded companies. The set of activities aimed at promoting business development and goal achievement is examined, with a particular emphasis on value generation and benefits for the companies. The methodology employed in this PSW is descriptive in nature, as it seeks to describe the impact of the implementation of Good Corporate Governance in publicly traded companies. Qualitative tools are used, and a comparative analysis based on the review of scientific articles is conducted. The objective is contrast different perspectives on how the implementation of a model of good corporate governance contributes to the objectives of publicly traded companies through a systematic review of the literature. It is important to note that specific subtopics are addressed for appropriate research development. The first subtopic focuses on Responsibility, Performance, and Share, aiming to describe the aspects related to these areas that impact business management. The second subtopic focuses on the performance of business management, particularly in the Lima Stock Exchange (BVL), and analyzes how mechanisms and policies can increase the value and performance of companies. The third subtopic addresses the influence of gender diversity on management outcomes, with a specific focus on financial leadership. With this structure and approach, we aim to provide a comprehensive and rigorous analysis of the implementation of Good Corporate Governance in publicly traded companies, supported by the review of reliable and relevant academic sources.
