Thus, as part of these demands, the virtual advice tool via video call arises. This technology, in the international market, has achieved a positive impact on companies, allowing them to connect in real time and optimize the experience of consumers when they go to ecommerce in search of a product. On the contrary, in the Peruvian market and; Specifically, in Metropolitan Lima, there are companies that have incorporated this tool into their ecommerce, but no research studies have been demonstrated that allow us to know if consumers are willing to adopt the virtual advice tool by video call, during their process. shopping. In this sense, the need arises to develop this research and contribute as input to knowledge. Therefore, to define the study population, a report developed by Impulso Corp (2022) has been taken into account, which indicates that women between 26 and 33 years old are those who make the greatest flow of purchases in electronic commerce in Metropolitan Lima.
