Basing the research on the background of emotion and trust, this study aims to analyze the effects of the relationships between the visual complexity of the background and the interaction in impulse buying in live streaming, having as mediating variables pleasure, exaltation and confidence. In addition, data will be collected by applying an adapted questionnaire, from other existing research in the field and the 5-point Likert Scale will be confirmed as a measurement scale. A quantitative approach is presented that will identify the statistical relationships of the variables studied. Therefore, a non-probabilistic sample of 400 people will be used, made up of men and women between the ages of 18 and 45 from Metropolitan Lima who have purchased through transmission of live streaming e-commerce in the last 6 months. Likewise, the method of structural structures of partial least squares PLS-SEM will be used and the surveys will be carried out through QuestionPro. Unlike other research within the sector, the study aims to contribute with a different approach within the field of unplanned purchases and complements the existing theory from a different context such as live purchases through virtual platforms
