Objective: To analyze the inequalities that exist in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) with respect to DPT and measles vaccination coverage in children under 5 years of age. Methodology: An ecological study was carried out in children under 5 years of age in LAC and the use of World Bank indicators as measurable independent variables for the years 2000, 2005, 2010, 2015 and 2019. This work had three methods for the analysis of inequalities: (A) the absolute and relative Kuznets index to determination of absolute and relative inequality, (B) the gradient of inequality and (C) the health concentration curve and index. Results: The countries with the lowest health spending are those with the lowest DPT and measles vaccination coverage; however, there is not a very marked difference in the groups since national vaccination programs seek to close inequality gaps between rich and poor countries. Conclusions: There are still differences in vaccination coverage between rich and poor countries, but these have decreased.
