This Project shows a case-study in the industrial sector of corrugated cardboard, focused on the quality improvement of the processes of production and the delivery schedules, by using the adjusted production of Lean Manufacturing tools. The analysis of the starting state was conducted through cause-effect diagrams, 5-why analysis, Pareto analysis, time studies of every activity and key performance indicators that helped us to identify the main problems, like the idle times of operators, delays in processing cardboard boxes, lack of quality control to prevent errors and lack of order and organization in the working area. Lean Manufacturing tools were employed to carry out the process improvement and reduce the customer’s level of complaint due to delays in the delivery schedules. Improvement suggestions in the manual process were implemented, like 5S technique, Visual management, Suggestion system and Standardized work. As a result, several improvements were achieved: a reduction of the cycle time to 9 seconds, a 40% decrease of the worker’s travel distance, a percentage of defective products under 3%, almost 97% of the workers’ productivity and a reduction of 210 soles per ton of products.
