The present investigation has as main objective to know the perception of the implementation of the associativity as a model of development of the exportable supply of garlic producers with national subheading 0703.20.90.00 of the Arequipa region in the periods 2016 - 2022. Taking into account the sub categories of the category “Associativity“ to (1) Knowledge“, (2) Technology and (3) Government Policies, and to the second category “Exportable offer“ to (1) Physical capacity, (2) Financial capacity and (3) Management capacity. For the development of this research, the descriptive qualitative research technique was applied, with a grounded theory design. Likewise, for the collection of information, semi-structured interviews were carried out with 6 experts in the agro-export sector and in associations, said interviewees are representatives of public entities such as MIDAGRI, Ministry of Production, AGROIDEAS. In addition, 11 producers who exported in associations within the period of the study year were interviewed. These interviews were transcribed, coded and analyzed in the Atlas Ti program. It was validated that the associative model is related to the exportable supply of garlic producers in the Arequipa Region during the period 2016 - 2022. When analyzing the data, it was found that the implementation of Associativity strategies can be taken as a development model to promote the exportable supply of garlic producers, likewise, the incorporation of technology, land sanitation and access to financing is an important factor that helps garlic producers to improve their competitiveness and productivity. It is concluded that associative practices and the move to cooperatives promote business continuity in the foreign market.
