The purpose of this study was to contrast the positions of the consulted authors on the influence of organizational culture on innovation management. Through the analysis of different positions by the authors related to the sub-themes raised in the underlying theme, it was possible to highlight with respect to organizational culture and organizational innovation, that no significant differences are shown in relation to positive or negative contributions. on organizational culture and product/service innovation. Also, a positive relevance was evidenced based on the positive contributions of the research thanks to the internal functioning and the quality of the product or service provided. In addition, by relating the organizational culture and process innovation, it was possible to find the relevance of the positive position described by the various authors, prevailing the success of innovation in processes through a functional and efficient organizational culture. On the other hand, in the organizational culture and innovation in marketing, a discrepancy was identified between the positive and negative positions raised by the authors, due to the independent context of each one of these elements in the development of its variant, that is, not Organizational culture influences innovative measures in marketing. The aforementioned allowed us to conclude that there are no controversies based on organizational culture and its influence on innovation management, but that there is a semi-independent bilateral link that contributes to effective business development between the two.
