From the industrialization in Peru for the commercialization of goods and services, companies have seen the need to expand their warehouses, generating a demand for the construction of new industrial parks nationwide. However, the structural elements in reinforced concrete (industrial floor slabs) need to be designed with high quality and safety standards due to the service load requests, and durability against exposure conditions. In the present investigation, a range of structural performance concretes has been developed to meet this industrial demand, through nine mix designs proposed with high-performance Portland cement type HS, synthetic macrofibers in doses of 4 kg/m3, 6 kg/m3 and 8 kg/m3, with w/c ratios of 0.50, 0.45 and 0.40, for the choice of three definitive design alternatives that allow optimizing the construction process in relation to cost and time, and improve the performance of the floor slabs in terms of service conditions, and durability. The first optimized design with a macrofiber dose of 6 kg/m3, HS type cement 360 kg/m3, and a w/c ratio of 0.50, registered a slump of 6", with a fluidity loss rate of 1 ½"/hour., compressive strength of 424 kg/cm2, modulus of rupture of 60 kg/cm2. The second design with a dose of 8 kg/m3 macrofiber, 400 kg/m3 HS type cement and a w/c ratio of 0.40, achieved a settlement of 5", with a fluidity loss of 1 ¾" / hour, compressive strength of 480 kg/cm2, and modulus of rupture of 75 kg/cm2. Finally, the third design with HS 445 kg/m3 cement, w/c ratio of 0.45 and macrofiber dose of 6 kg/m3, reached a settlement of 5 ½”, with a loss of fluidity of 1 ¼” / hour., compressive strength of 541 kg/cm2, modulus of rupture of 71 kg/cm2. The comparative cost-benefit analysis of the three optimized mixtures was carried out, obtaining a cost of S/ 616.21 per cubic meter of concrete f´c = 300 kg/cm2, w/c ratio 0.50, with a dose of 6 kg/m3 of macrofiber synthetic polypropylene and 1.60% high-range superplasticizer additive. In the same way, a cost of S/ 695.57 per cubic meter of concrete f´c = 350 kg/cm2, w/c ratio 0.45, was obtained, with a dose of 8 kg/m3 of synthetic polypropylene macrofiber and 1.66% superplasticizer additive of high rank. And with respect to concrete f´c = 420 kg/cm2, w/c ratio 0.40, with a dose of 6 kg/m3 of synthetic polypropylene macrofiber and 1.78% high-range superplasticizer additive, it cost S/ 672.53. Finally, a cost analysis was carried out for the construction of an industrial slab of 10,000.00 m2, obtaining a total cost of S/ 5,883,840.00 for a concrete slab f´c = 300 kg/cm2, and a cost of S/ 6,042,540.00 for a slab of concrete f´c = 350 kg/cm2, while for a concrete slab f´c = 420 kg/cm2 the cost was S/ 5,996,540.00.
