The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between Organizational Change and the Competitiveness of collaborators in the MINSA Health establishments in the Callao region, 2022. The reason why this research focuses on the two variables is due to its importance and significance in the results in a public organization and the opportunities for improvement that could occur in these organizations. For the purposes of this study, a quantitative investigation, with a non-experimental design and correlational analysis, was carried out on a sample of 351 employees of the health sector in the Callao Region. To verify the proposed hypotheses, a correlational data analysis was used in the SPSS statistical program. The result was obtained, the existence of a positive relationship between organizational change and workers' competitiveness, being a medium correlation. These findings are of great importance for the public health sector because they allow us to understand how the factors of adaptation to change are related to the competitiveness of workers, which allows us to obtain points of improvement for these organizations.
