The objective of this project was to design an automatic filling, capping and labeling machine for 500 ml bottles, because the company under study (Industrias Eivi SAC), currently works with personnel for each process, it has a completely manual system that often clashes with each other. Furthermore, in the washing and filling process, the operators are not so fast. Likewise, the filling level in many cases does not have the same measurement, the capping sometimes does not have the complete turn. Finally, the labeling is not adequate, generating distrust towards customers. For the project design, Solidworks software, Ansys software and Factory IO software were used, which allowed programming and automating the disinfection, filling, capping and labeling processes. In conclusion, the structural stress analysis was simulated in the 4 processes separately. On the other hand, the design had a total manufacturing cost of $15,080.00, this budget was within the margin admitted by the company. Finally, it is recommended that the company hire trained personnel and have a maintenance schedule.
