This study investigates the impact of temporary labor contracting on company productivity, using an empirical approach based on the Levinsohn and Petrin model and complemented by the perspectives of Adessi and Castellane. Through a sectoral analysis, it is evaluated how different types of employment contracts affect business productivity. Our specific objectives include identifying the relationship between temporary hiring and productivity in different sectors and measuring productivity using net sales, energy consumption and gross investment spending as indicators. The research findings reveal that temporary hiring has a heterogeneous impact on productivity, which varies significantly.
