The low investment in the preparation of youth teams is one of the causes of the low performance of Peruvian soccer in international tournaments. This reality, added to the fact that sports management in Peru has been seen as an educational and recreational activity of an amateur nature and carried out through sports associations, has meant that clubs do not obtain the necessary resources to develop a business model. In this sense, the present research work is based on the case of the Club Cultural Deportivo Géminis, which according to its years of existence as a club and based on the recognition of the neighbors of the district of Comas, wishes to restructure its processes to provide the club with sustainability. According to the analysis carried out for this purpose, the characteristics of the club have been identified that differentiate it from its competitors on the context and description of its processes framed in the diagnosis of the problematic situation of the need for growth and expansion on a sustainable basis provided by the possibility of a sports management plan that frames them in a strategic planning horizon. To this end, the scope of experiences of implementation of various improvement plans for sports institutions is provided, including a comparison of soccer development with other disciplines both nationally and internationally, these experiences being relevant because they provide models and methodologies that can be projected to the needs of Club Cultural Deportivo Géminis. As a result of the analysis of the theoretical framework, it is justified to what extent the experiences reviewed contribute to the solution of the club's problem, and three strategies are presented as suitable for their application according to the analysis of the internal and external context and the conditions of the Peruvian soccer market. A comparison is then made between the strategies proposed to validate which of them has a better implementation horizon based on their viability and impact on the organization, which in the case of the club highlights the need to implement a sports management plan that can integrate the other strategies that were proposed independently. Finally, the projection of the impact on processes and economics of the implementation is made, giving way to the conclusions and recommendations on the application of the model presented to other sports institutions of professional training of minors.
