During the pandemic, around 200,000 thousand deaths were registered and the Dos de Mayo Hospital, considered one of the best hospitals in Lima, stopped attending in person, opting for an asynchronous system. The main objective of the research is to determine the development of graphic elements and user experience in the web interface design of Hospital Dos de Mayo. Likewise, the work seeks to contribute at a practical level by generating a technological contribution with a better understanding of the web interface and user experience in health sector web pages. The hypothesis focuses on demonstrating that the graphic elements on the selected hospital's website guide the user to perform a specific action and intervene in the interpretation of information and experience. For this purpose, the hospital's website was observed through an analysis sheet, an interview with a UX & UI professional and a likert survey to the hospital's users. The results show that the website has a varied graphic line that directly affects the choice of graphic elements, as it does not comply with the concepts of hierarchy. In addition, the user confirms to understand the flow of navigation and completion of tasks, however, it was observed that he unconsciously omits information and creates his own navigation flow. In conclusion, it is demonstrated that the graphic elements due to their incorrect use do not fulfill their main function in the flow and consequently create a different experience in the user.
