The company Servicios Logísticos Automotrices S.A (SLA), is the largest logistics center in Peru, in charge of receiving and transporting its clients' vehicles from their arrival at the port of Callao to its facilities located in the district of Lurín – Lima. SLA has within its client portfolio recognized companies in the automotive sector such as Astara Perú S.A.C., Derco Perú S.A., Nissan Perú S.A.C, Ford Perú S.A.C and Diveimport S.A. to which it offers a service level of 95% apart from Nissan Perú S.A.C, to whom they offer a service level of 97%. Currently, the company is facing an issue regarding the poor level of service it provides to its customers. It is not meeting the promised service levels due to delayed responses regarding the status of vehicles undergoing servicing. This problem is having a more significant impact on Derco Perú S.A and Nissan Perú S.A.C dealerships, as they exhibit a higher deficiency in service levels, with a total average of 95.4%. Furthermore, we can see that this problem has jeopardized the continued partnership with one of its key clients, Derco Perú S.A., which represents 40% of the total vehicles serviced by SLA. Derco Perú is currently considering migrating to a competing company. The objective of this work is to investigate the implementation of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool, which is responsible for managing the relationship between the customer and the company. The implementation of this tool will enable the company to improve the level of service provided to its customers, facilitating communication between both parties and making the management of complaints more efficient. The research employed a qualitative approach, using data collection to refine the research questions. Additionally, in the course of this work, an in-depth interview was conducted with the supervisor of the Planning and Claims Management department, who allowed us to gain insight into the current concerns of SLA regarding the issue it is currently facing. Following the research conducted in this work, it is confirmed that the solution provided to the company SLA regarding the installation of the CRM tool will allow them to achieve an improvement in the level of service provided to their customers. As a result, the relationship with the customers will be enhanced, retaining and building customer loyalty.
