The purpose of this research work is to automate the processes of payments to unrestricted accounts and trusts in the treasury area of an engineering and construction company. The processes carried out in this area are continuous and necessary transactions to have a company in operation, since purchases of materials or services are made for such payments. The mentioned processes were performed in Oracle using host to web for communication with banking platforms and security of sensitive data. Then, these processes were migrated to SAP and the host to web service was not available, so RPA was implemented to automate the processes due to the operational load and human involvement in sensitive data. For the development of this work, an analysis of the processes to be automated has been carried out, scheduling survey meetings to have the minimum detail of the processes and the casuistry that they handle in each one of them. In addition, flowcharts of the processes were made to have a visibility of the activities to be performed by Bot. Also, there is a test plan for each process, where the execution of the bot is shown, and it complies with all the steps documented and approved by the Finance Analyst. Finally, comparisons have been made between the ASIS and TO BE of the processes, according to execution time, frequency, and human involvement.
