The limited budget allocated by the Peruvian State to the Education Sector affects various Government Entities in the country in several ways. One of the affected institutions includes non-profit educational organizations such as UGELs. The objective of this Professional Sufficiency Work is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the problem of insufficient technological resources that affects the satisfaction of the Information Technology Team at the Local Educational Management Unit 02. For this study, the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology was used, involving the review of reliable qualitative sources to identify different perspectives, study theories, and counter information. Additionally, in-depth interviews were conducted with employees from the affected functional area at UGEL 02 in order to gather significant information about the problem on a larger scale. As a result of the study, it was found that the shortage of technological resources affects the performance of the department and also impacts the satisfaction of the Information Technology Team. Likewise, improvement solutions that can help overcome the issue of technological resource scarcity, as well as employee satisfaction, have been identified. Finally, conclusions and recommendations have been presented that can contribute both to the organization and to future research cases within the education sector and public administration.
