The present professional proficiency work focuses on the use of the LGW and ORMA type modular metal formwork system in concrete reinforcement elements for the Roosevelt 5591 multifamily project. The details of its application and use allow determining its effectiveness against an established deadline of execution. According to the knowledge acquired, it can be said that in most construction projects the type of formwork used is artificial wood (phenolics) or natural. Therefore, in this work it is proposed to go out of the way and use a new type of technology for formwork. Among the types of materials already used currently, it is necessary to carry out evaluations, analyzes and studies to determine which is the most convenient to use according to the type of project. This work refers to a real case, so it will allow us to know data, characteristics and sincere results of the implementation of a novel idea, which may have pros and cons depending on the quality of its use. From what has been studied, it can be concluded that the alternative of a type of formwork that is modular, rigid and that allows various forms to be executed, will improve the performance of the formwork batch based on three indicators, which are the durability of the formwork, the operation cost and the time required to carry out the project.
