In this work, an analysis is conducted on the problematic situation of a legal firm, which is facing difficulties in attracting new clients, resulting in low income and a limited client base. As a consequence, the survival of the firm depends on three major clients, and it has not experienced financial growth in the last 5 years. This is why the aim is to implement adequate commercial management with a foundation in strategic positioning. To achieve this goal, information was gathered through primary sources (concepts and theories) and secondary sources (interviews with industry leaders), which allowed for the selection of a feasible and viable alternative over time that supports the long-term vision of the law firm. This is made possible through the hiring of a commercial specialist who will provide a strategic plan with marketing actions through social media promotion, website implementation, specialized networking, among others. In conclusion, the chosen alternative will help establish commercial management tailored to the organization's objectives through legal marketing strategies, ultimately boosting the financial well-being of the company and ensuring sustainable long-term growth. This strategic approach not only has the potential to attract more clients but also aims to strengthen the competitive position of the partners and the firm in the legal market, ensuring a much more prosperous future for the law firm.
