This Professional Sufficiency Work proposes an improvement in the service level of a TELCO company for a client in the financial sector, focusing on the standardization of work within the Lean Service methodology. The proposal focuses on the service tower that includes Cloud solutions, with special emphasis on IT business continuity plans. The project begins with an analysis of current procedures and activities, detecting inconsistencies and variability in operations that negatively impact the efficiency of the service. A set of standardized work processes is proposed to eliminate variations and improve operational consistency. These processes will allow the TELCO to offer more reliable and predictable services, essential for the critical operation of the financial client. The implementation of operational standards is accompanied by training for staff and the establishment of key performance indicators that will allow effective monitoring and facilitate continuous improvement. With this strategy, the aim is not only to streamline service and strengthen operational stability, but also to improve customer satisfaction and reinforce TELCO's competitiveness in the market. In summary, the work proposes that work standardization is a powerful tool to achieve service excellence, ensuring uniform and efficient service delivery that meets the demanding demands of the financial sector.
