Currently and according to the advancement of science, building projects with seismic isolation systems are being developed in Peru as a valid option to prevent natural disasters due to seismic effects. Because, our territory is located in the area called the Pacific Ring of Fire, which becomes a country with high seismic activity. It is for this reason that this thesis is carried out in order to establish an adequate procedure for the development of structures, analysis and comprehensive design of state schools through the Peruvian standard that requires the use of seismic protection systems for essential buildings, like hospitals, in order to maintain their operability and we recommend considering the implementation of seismic protection systems, since construction costs are high. The design taken as a model is a typical pavilion according to the Peruvian Technical Standard.Firstly, the structure is made and designed by means of the elastic or spectral modal analysis of the traditional structure and the structure with insulators that consists of subjecting the building to a pseudo-acceleration spectrum where the spectra are obtained. Likewise, in static or equivalent force analysis, Standard E0.31 establishes conditions that every structure must meet to perform a spectral modal analysis. Secondly, the dynamic analysis, also called Time - History, was carried out, it is the most complete analysis for seismic analysis and the determination of the performance of a structure. This analysis consists of modeling the inelastic properties of the structure and subjecting a set of scaled seismic signals.
