Actually, the fill rate for the textile sector in big companies is 88%, however, the company in question has a value well below that, which results in payment of penalties and a lost sales opportunity. According to the evaluation carried out on the company, the main cause of this is that the stocks between the warehouse area and the commercial area are not integrated due to the use of two different information systems; with the help of a macro developed for its integration, it was possible to reduce breaks and increase the company's Fillrate from approximately 80% to 94.3%, which stopped paying penalties and increased billing after having more merchandise. In addition to the aforementioned, it was detected that not only the fill rate was at levels lower than national standards, but that there was a greater sales opportunity since the clients of the Modern channel had greater demand than those that were finally placed as order of purchase, that is, not all of the required merchandise was available; This was because purchases were based on sales projections with linear and random methods; However, under the evaluation of the most optimal method, which in this case turned out to be Linear Regression, a projection efficiency of 103% was achieved, with which the clients' needs could be met in greater proportions.
