The main objective of this research is to develop an improvement proposal to increase the quality of service in the order management process in a company of the electrical sector, it is proposed the implementation of an integral approach that includes the use of S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning), the Kraljic Matrix and the ABC Multicriteria Analysis. In addition, the application of the Kraljic Matrix strategic tool is suggested to effectively evaluate and manage suppliers. This will be done in conjunction with a purchasing management plan that will be adjusted to forecast demand, improving accuracy through forecasting methods, and employing the ABC Multicriteria approach to evaluate multiple criteria applied to inventory management. In this way, the aim is to optimize the supply chain and ensure efficient resource management in the electricity sector company. This combination of methodologies aims to raise the level of service and efficiency in order management, optimizing the company's resources and processes to the maximum. A significant problem has been identified: the low level of service in order fulfillment, which currently stands at 86%. This figure is considerably below the optimum level for the sector, representing a technical gap of 9%. This technical gap has a negative impact on Energy S.A.C., as it affects its profitability and generates unfavorable economic consequences. With the implementation of the S&OP methodology proposal, a service level of 95% has been achieved, this means a significant improvement and meets the service level of the sector.
