The development of this work focuses on improving the operational efficiency of B1-Glass, a company specialized in the manufacture of glass for the automotive industry. Low equipment efficiency on the production line has been identified as generating additional costs and reducing productivity. As a solution to these problems, it is proposed to implement Lean Manufacturing strategies. These include 3 pillars of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) which are: Planned Maintenance, Quality Maintenance and Training, Single-Minute Exchange of Die (SMED), with the aim of addressing specific challenges at each stage of production and increasing productivity. Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE). The data provides a detailed financial and development plan for project execution. This plan includes an estimated budget and a planned timeline for carrying out the proposed improvements. Simulations and analysis of results are presented that support the effectiveness of the proposed solutions. These data demonstrate a positive and significant economic impact in terms of cost reduction and improved productivity. It is anticipated that the development of these Lean Manufacturing strategies will result in a tangible improvement in B1-Glass' operational productivity. This improvement will allow the company to improve its competitiveness in the market, strengthening its position in the automotive industry and meeting market demands more effectively.
