Food production centers are businesses that require a balance between production times and the amount of products generated by the process. When one of these factors gets out of control, it results in a drop in efficiency. This work shows us that the efficiency of the production center has been 84% in 2022 due to the increase in products that do not meet the standard and increase in production times, in the analysis of the causes it shows that the process It does not have standardized work and the procedures are not adequate, added to poor stock management in the warehouse area, resulting in a drop in efficiency. These causes have been generating a loss of S/. 155,00.00 soles, which impacts the company by 5.5% of its annual turnover in 2022. For the reasons and causes mentioned, an engineering model of methods is proposed to help improve the efficiency indicator, for which study of times and standardization of work to correct non-standard products, likewise we rely on the DAP and DOP to correct procedures, we see an opportunity for improvement with the ABC classification tool that will improve stock management. With all these tools we will achieve the objectives set, which are reflected in the increase in efficiency by 95%.
