In the present research work that has been carried out, it is based on an important topic of the Supply Office of the General Administration Office of the Ministry of Production, which is based on improving the process of executing the Multiannual Table of Needs - CMN and we will base ourselves on Directive No. 0005-2021-EF/54.01 “Directive for Multiannual Programming of Goods, Services and Works”. Thus, through the publication of Legislative Decree No. 1439, Legislative Decree of the National Supply System, dated September 6, 2018 and its regulations, approved by Supreme Decree No. 217-2019-EF, which aims to guaranteeing transparency, equity and efficiency in public investment, gives us the necessary guidelines to carry out adequate management of the public supply chain - CAP. For this reason, this research work is analyzing the efficiency of the execution of the Multiannual Table of Needs, given that, since its implementation in the Entity, it has presented a hija rate of modifications of inclusions and exclusions of diferente goods, services or works in the Multiannual Table of Needs constantly, which shows poor planning and programming of their needs, both in the short and long term.
