The final year of the human medicine degree, better known as medical internship, is an extremely important stage for our professional development. This stage allows us to interact with patients from different departments, enabling us to apply the knowledge acquired in previous years of basic and clinical studies, as well as acquire new knowledge and skills. This work was carried out at the "San Luis" health center in the general medicine, emergency, pediatrics, obstetrics, and tuberculosis control program (TCP) departments, as well as at the "Dos de Mayo National Hospital" in the internal medicine, pediatrics, gynecology and obstetrics, and general surgery departments, from April 2023 to January 2024. Objectives: To describe and analyze the most relevant clinical cases that contributed to my training as a future physician. Methodology: Descriptive and analytical analysis of the experience gained during the medical internship from April 2023 to January 2024. Results: Description of thirty clinical cases in a structured manner: medical history and physical examination, differential diagnosis and work plan, interpretation of diagnostic tests and screening, diagnosis, treatment, follow-up, and significant reflection. Conclusion: The medical internship has been an especially important stage in my medical training. It has allowed me to apply and correlate the knowledge acquired with each patient's problems, improve the doctor-patient relationship, and gain greater knowledge and skills to provide better service, all for the benefit of the patients.
