In this thesis related to the Perfect Work Suspension's Web System, it refers to the design of a system at the Ministry of Labor and Promotion of Employment with the main objective of reducing the processing times for perfect work suspension procedures. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, it was identified that there would be very low responsiveness for handling requests by regional offices across the country, caused by an exponential increase in new requests from companies seeking to benefit from this arrangement. The web system was developed using web technologies, with two separate modules developed as independent monoliths: one for the registration of new requests by companies and the other for use by regional units to respond to these requests. The system achieved the objectives of fully digitizing the process, allowing validation of the information presented with the help of external services such as SUNAT and RENIEC, and facilitating the handling of requests by directing them to the corresponding regional offices. The system not only achieved its goal of reducing processing times by almost half but also allowed companies to submit their requests from anywhere in the country at any time. These benefits also result in greater satisfaction among users using the entity's services and the ministry's employees, who have an easier time carrying out their tasks.
