The project consists of an International Air Terminal in Chiclayo, providing a financial and touristic enhancement to the country's northern region. Simultaneously, it showcases the regional culture to the rest of the world through its unique architecture while integrating traditional folklore and modern technology. Moreover, the Terminal follows the urban development master plan to fulfill the city's transportation needs. Because of its proximity to urban areas, the execution of the project is designed into a two-phase process to prevent a conflict with urban life and daily population activities. The first phase includes the initial construction of the Terminal, and the second phase focuses on boundaries renewal. The intent is to create a symbiotic relationship between the urban area and the Terminal to complement one another.
