The subtitling field usually represents the diegetic and non-diegetic sounds of video games as a cinematic style, without focusing on the adaptation and relevant description of game sounds and game genre nature. Therefore, an accessible feature subtitling seeks to connect the nature of the game genre with sounds described in subtitling. This research addresses the diegetic sounds of Left 4 Dead such as grunts, explosions, natural sounds and humor, as constructive sounds of the survival horror genre to reinforce video game narrative. Likewise, it also addresses the non-diegetic sounds such as the soundtrack after the appearance of special infected zombies, as sounds that allow developing a fear perception through the player's reactions and the dimensional space of the video game. On the other hand, the subtitling of these sounds in the first release of Left 4 Dead (2008) does not fully describe the sounds due to the appearance of big game subtitles; however, it can be possible to achieve immersion without being fully accessible. Finally, it can be deduced that the second release of Left 4 Dead (2009) made immersive changes for the environment, following parameters as Subtitling for the Deaf and Hard-of-hearing (SDH), such as the reduction of the subtitles size, innumerable colors used for character identification and the subtitles localization.
