The objective of this investigation is present an improvement model in the customer service model of a Peruvian fintech that is dedicated to the field of payment methods. This company has an NPS of 5%, it was expected to reach 30% and in the sector it’s expected to have a level of 76%. After the analysis of why this indicator was below the established goals, we identified that the largest number of detracting customers was due to dissatisfaction with customer service, and that’s the reason we took the response times, number of cases resolved and processes of greater demand to identify the root causes of the problem. These causes were solved with the implementation of two Lean Service tools: Kanban and Standardization of the Work Method. After the implementation was carried out, the percentage of resolved cases was increased, response times decreased and the NPS increased by %. In addition, an NPV was achieved from which we concluded that the solution was not only viable at an operational level but also economically.
