This study is based on the research carried out by the authors, called Improving Construction Waste Management using Transportation Management and Lean Tools at a Construction and Hydrocarbons Company, which consisted of the following: Among the current environmental problems, the increase in the generation of construction and demolition waste (RCD) due to its inadequate management has become one of the main concerns in the construction sector and a priority for companies, therefore that the development of any tool that determines the estimation of RCD and the initiatives for its control must be considered to provide sustainable and efficient solutions. Therefore, the main objective of this research work is to improve the current management of the RCD of a company under study, through the design and implementation on site of an efficient waste management system, this based on the analysis of the evidence of the problem and through an exhaustive review of the existing literature in relation to the potential of good waste management practices such as the application of Lean tools and their principles. The model proposed in the present investigation, based on Transportation Management with linear programming and standardization in process management, has generated an increase in efficiency from 81.79% to 91.39%.
