The objective of this paper is to analyze the problematic situation of the commercial area of the company A & CH Inmobiliaria SAC and to propose three alternative solutions. For this purpose, the following is described: the context of the organization, the management of organizational change is identified, and the impact on the collaborators the sales process is exposed. The methodology used is qualitative, literature review, close observation of the work process in the sales area, collection of information from the company and in-depth interviews with the sales manager, employees and specialists in the area. The results show the inadequate management of organizational change, which leads to the erosion of the organizational climate, staff resignation, low productivity and reduced sales. In conclusion, to implement organizational change in companies it is important to take into consideration factors such as communication, objectives, technological advances, and motivational preparation, however, designing a communication plan will allow employees to participate in organizational change, reducing the possibility of creating negative impacts on work teams.
