Migration processing systems have been one of the most robust instruments that states have had to process the wave of migrants and refugees in Latin America. Migration is considered a constant phenomenon in human history. Throughout antiquity, people have had to move from their places of origin to destinations in search of food, shelter and clothing. The aim of this research is to improve the process of granting humanitarian migration status so that migrants can be socioeconomically integrated and thus benefit the state. Likewise, the work will be carried out under a case study approach.
