The automotive sector is one of the main economic sources of Peruvian industry. It is currently facing great challenges to meet the needs of its customers and to be competitive in the market. One of the problems it faces is the low level of compliance in the delivery of orders, which generates significant losses for the companies. There are studies that point out the importance of using Lean tools such as Kaizen and Craft to have standardized and efficient processes. For this reason, the purpose of this Professional Sufficiency Work is to demonstrate that the implementation of Kaizen and Craft tools in the dispatch process allowed to increase the level of compliance in the delivery of orders in a company of the automotive sector. The kaizen tool was able to reduce the cycle time per order from 60 min to 38 min, which represented a reduction of 36.66%. Likewise, the implementation of the Craft tool reduced the distance traveled per order from 40.26m to 22m (45.35%), the travel time was reduced from 7.37 min to 3.58 min (51.42%) and the human resource effort was reduced from 13,849.44 k.g.f to 7,568 k.g.f (45.36%). Finally, the Kaizen and Craft tools were able to increase the level of delivery fulfillment from 57.80% to 86.91%, which means that orders delivered on time increased from 1572 units to 2364 units. The delivery capacity also increased from 6 to 9 orders per day, representing an increase of 50%.
