This work is developed in an industrial context, where Occupational Health and Safety is very important in the generation of value for a company. The objective is, specifically, to educate the operators of MEPSA, a high risk industrial company, with the final objective being the creation of a safety culture based on behavior by avoiding accidents that might happen during their working shifts. To this end, the methodology used was based on the application of advertising techniques such as focus groups to identify the most outstanding insights, the same ones that were the conceptual basis of the “Big Idea” that gave rise to the entire communication campaign around the program and to the development of storytelling focused on experiences that allow greater awareness. The results obtained after the launch of the program were positive. It was possible to align the security concept with MEPSALERTA over other programs. Likewise, the effectiveness of remembering the concepts was measured through exams, resulting in 100% of operators passing. The contribution from the advertising aspect of the project was through the use of communication analysis tools, something groundbreaking for the security field. This was important to generate engagement and an attractive narrative that delivered the message that the program wanted to give. The fact of making the operators an active part of the development of the campaín, allowed them to transmit the messages more effectively. Its inclusion gave the program credibility and an easiest way for the operators to identify themselves.
