The objective of this study is to reduce late deliveries of installation services through the application of 5S tools, linear programming and EOQ in the company Vidriería Dueñas SAC. For this purpose, several articles related to the context in which the company operates were investigated in order to obtain an ideal proposal. In order to develop an optimal space management in the warehouse, the 5S tool is applied, since it allows to standardize the order and cleanliness, allowing the various spaces to be in perfect condition and distributed in the best possible way for the storage and location of materials and tools. On the other hand, to optimize the programming of the installation service, linear programming is applied, which will be important for the respective planning of such services, taking into consideration the resources available to the organization, and thus get to obtain the minimization of costs. The application of the EOQ will allow to control the shortage of materials, considering the optimal amount of orders and the parameters in which the inventory should be replenished. In addition, it can be noted that the project is developed based on the quantitative analysis of the current situation of the organization, which allows to diagnose efficiently and determine an optimal solution. The aforementioned tools were proposed in a model consisting of 3 stages, the development of the proposed tools and all the guidelines that they have will be detailed to then establish the feasibility of their application within the organization. The results obtained were: 82.4% in on-time deliveries, 87.5% in correctly planned service orders, 88.2% in inventory record accuracy and 89.8% in on-time supply of materials.
