Last years, the textile and appareal sector had an increase in exports, benefiting thousands of Peruvian families. This sector contributes about 10% of the country's manufacturing and represents 2% of PBI. This project has been done in a MYPE that exports knitted fabric, which has been adapting to the demands of the export industry since 2009. This project has a main objective the improvement proposal to increase the OTIF in a textile industry company applying industrial engineering tools such as 5'S, EOQ and MRP. This project is divided into four chapters, the first will mention the industry scene to the company under study belongs, also the tools that will be used in the project will also be explained theoretically. In the second chapter, a description of the organization will be made to later identify the problem and carry out the analysis of causes. In the third chapter, a solution model to the identified problem will be proposed and it will be explained how the proposed tools will be used. Finally in the fourth chapter, the validation will be performed in a program simulation called Promodel program, then the evaluation of the economic and non-economic impact of the solution proposal to problem identified.
