Human resource management has been evolving in parallel with organizations. Currently, we are forced to analyze human resources from a comprehensive perspective that allows workers to contribute to achieving the organization's objectives. The purpose of this work was to analyze the current situation of the Human Resources Area of the company AHSECO PERÚ S.A., in order to develop a proposal that allows the organization's human resources to be adequately managed. The situational analysis of the company was carried out through a qualitative, descriptive approach, which made it possible to identify key trends in existing data to address the problem. To do this, a thorough search of bibliographic information regarding the topic was carried out. As a result of the work, three alternative solutions were identified, which were verified by establishing indicators that allowed the viability of each of them to be evaluated taking into account the organization's resources. The work concludes that an increasingly common alternative for companies is to form a work team in the Human Resources Area, since, by having the knowledge and experience in the field, they will provide the necessary support for the creation of policies. and strategies on human resources management, and the development of plans that generate worker retention, through strengthening the organizational climate.
