The document presents the implementation of the Systematic Distribution Planning (SLP) solution tool to increase dispatch efficiency in an industrial products. In chapter 1, scientific articles are collected and read about the types of warehouses and their distributions, the current state of warehouses in the Peruvian national market, then what is related to the SLP methodology is studied, where success cases will be considered. and steps required to apply the improvement. Chapter 2 addresses the description of the company and its different processes that interact for the dispatch of industrial products, where after a diagnosis it is determined that the efficiency before improvement is 87.7% due to the priority cause: unnecessary movements between areas. of the warehouse processes involved. Chapter 3 presents a detailed design of the solution that is divided into four processes under the PHVA approach (Plan, Do, Act and Verify) and where the distribution of the steps versus those responsible for the implementation of the SLP in the industrial products distribution warehouse. Chapter 4 shows the functional validation through the comparison of indicators before (AS IS) and with improvement (TO BE), considering the variables: distances traveled by personnel, travel times, volumes dispatched and dispatch efficiency, these variables will be compared. before and after the improvement, with the validation input, the economic impact evaluation will be carried out and finally the conclusions and recommendations will be presented.
