In recent years, the footwear industry has experienced significant growth, playing a crucial role in the production chain that encompasses leather and footwear. This sector is one of the major employment drivers and contributes positively to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP), thereby economically benefiting developing countries. However, in recent years, the increase in imports has had a negative impact on the footwear industry, prompting the industry to strengthen its processes and become competitive. This research aims to implement a model that integrates lean tools to enhance the efficiency of the logistic process in a footwear warehouse. This model is based on lean tools such as Systematic Plant Layout Planning and Work Standardization. Additionally, to validate this proposal, a simulation using data obtained from the Arena software is employed, aiming to improve the current logistic efficiency from 91.3% to over 95%.
