In the wake of the covid-19 pandemic, public health was severely affected, as sudden isolation forced people to change their daily consumption habits and feed themselves with products within their reach, most of which were artificial, high-sugar foods. In addition, the use of social networks became essential as a safe means of communication during this period. As a result of this global problem, the idea of the personal brand NUTRITIONIST ANDREA QUIROGA arises in the year 2021, with the aim of promoting awareness about good nutrition, teaching that it is possible to eat healthy and tasty at the same time, so that the consumer is educated about the nutritional benefits and the variety of diets that exist depending on the type of person. The most relevant objective was to obtain considerable visibility, generating a reach greater than 10 thousand through the valuable content developed in social networks, in order to strengthen brand credibility and build a community within six months. The results obtained with the personal brand were quite positive, since a constant increase in its KPIS (followers, reach, traffic, interactions, etc.) was evidenced. Through this project, it is demonstrated how a personal brand can be based on a content strategy, to generate innovation and interest of an audience, showing that it is possible to eat healthy, without effort or limitations, through a dynamic and easy to imitate content.
