In a constantly evolving business world, the optimization of internal processes stands as an inexhaustible source of competitive advantage. In this context, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) emerges as a transformative force capable of revolutionizing operational efficiency. In this professional sufficiency project, we delve into the implementation of RPA in one of Peru's largest fishing companies. In the relentless pursuit of enhancing productivity and preventing rework, companies find a valuable ally in process automation. This strategy offers efficiency and quality by freeing up resources for more strategic tasks. This project details how RPA has significantly reduced execution times, thus releasing resources and capacity for more substantial strategic tasks. By adopting RPA, the company has yielded higher performance from its operations, diminishing the repetitive workload that previously consumed resources and efforts. We will delve into the most relevant components of this transformation, the challenges overcome during implementation, and the tangible outcomes in terms of efficiency, optimization, and user satisfaction. This work becomes a testament to the transformative potential of RPA, particularly within the context of a leading Peruvian fishing company. It contributes to an invaluable knowledge base and stands as an exemplar of successful technological adoption.
