The research focuses on analyzing the lack of diagnosis in the quality control of a telecommunications company. Its importance lies in the need to solve problems and improve the performance of the organization. The main objective is to propose alternatives to resolve the identified dilemmas and achieve positive results. The methodology used is qualitative and is based on primary and secondary sources, including interviews with leaders and review of online information. In addition, the Kaizen methodology is used to optimize problem resolution. The findings indicate that the lack of a continuous improvement methodology can disengage employees and lead to actions that do not address the root causes of problems. Additionally, lack of proper resource planning can hinder the achievement of organizational objectives. In summary, this research contributes to the understanding of how problems can affect an organization and offers solutions to improve effectiveness and productivity. Its relevance extends to the academic and professional community, providing guidance for addressing similar challenges in other organizations.
